You are not required to join, you can create and edit you resume without joining, but the program becomes much more feature rich if you do.
  2. I never received my activation email can it be re-sent?
Yes, the activation email can be re-sent, go to the Activation page and enter your user name, password and another email address from another domain, like Gmail or Yahoo. Some of our users have been experiencing a problem with their email services blocking emails sent by our server. Some email services like AT&T, Bellsouth or Sbcglobal for example mistakenly block our emails. Use a different email address like Yahoo or Gmail since you didn't receive the email using your original address.

If you can't login and are getting an Access Denied message make sure you already activated your account. Be sure that you have cookies enabled, we use a cookies to log you in. Be sure you are using the EXACT username and password, that you are using the proper case, meaning upper case or lower case that you used when you joined. If you are not sure that you are using the correct username and/or password go to the re-send page and have your login information re-sent to the email address you entered on your resume. If you are sure you are entering the correct username and password, but still can't login close your browser to end your current session. Open a new browser window, go to the login page and try it again.

Some of it, when your resume is public your street address, telephone number and cell phone number are not displayed. Your email address is shown, but in an obscured manner so employers may still contact you. Obviously the reason to post your resume online is to show your skills to potential employers so some of it has to be shown. We feel what is shown is the minimum necessary to get you a job. Of course it is your choice to make it public or private, this choice is made by you in your account on the "Edit Profile" page. Members are NOT required to post in the directory, this optional service is provided to help members that wish to take advantage of this option.
  10. Where do I change the email address for my user account?
The email address that you used on your resume is also used for your member's account to send yourself your resume or remind you of your password. To change your user account email address simply change the email address on your resume within the creator program in the Personal Info section.
